Definitions

“CLEX Platform” refers to the SaaS (Software as a Service) provided by SensGlobal Consulting SRL, available through the web application available at https://clex.ro.
“User” means any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, the User fully accepts these Terms. If they do not agree, the User must not access the Platform.

Access to the Platform

Access is granted based on a registered account. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Intellectual Property Rights

All elements (code, design, database, trademarks) are the property of CLEX SRL or its licensors. Reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.

Liability and Limitations

The services are provided “as is.” CLEX does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect losses, commercial damages, or data loss.

Modification of Terms

CLEX may modify the Terms. Updates take effect 15 days after publication. Users will be notified by email or upon login.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Bucharest.
